Add Link to Entry in CF7 Email

As of version 2.8.9.
For users of Contact Form 7, you can now add [submit_time] to the email section of your Contact Form 7 definition to have a reference to the CFDB entry for that submission.
First you must turn on this option in CFDB Options page, Integrations tab:
- Generate [submit_time] tag for Contact Form 7 email
Update: previously [submit_url] was allowed but is no longer available because CF7 treats submissions with urls in them as spam.
